Facilitation of the Blossom Girl presentation. 1 hour for the presentation and 30 min for Q&A
The presentation will cover the following topics: Your Changing Body, Your First Period, Female Reproductive System (Inside and Outside), What Happens Each Month, Symptoms, Tracking Your Period, Supplies, Hygiene, and Privacy. This session will not contain sexual content only the facts about puberty and menstruation.

A demonstration will be performed on the following: Supplies (absorbency of tampons, utilizing a tampon and a cup of water, how to apply pads, review what goes into the supply pouch)
A question and answer session will follow the presentation (girls have the option to ask questions anonymously and will be provided a pad/pencil)
Each girl will be presented with a Blossom Girls Certificate at the completion of the workshop
Each girl will also gain access to a Members Only Blossom Girls website which will give them additional empowering information: financial literacy, leadership, healthy eating, etc.

Workshop facilitation fee is $150 for 1 1/2 hours
Blossom Girls Kit retails at $39. Each girl who purchases a kit through the workshop will receive a 5% discount
Blossom Girls Workbook: $10 (suggested for older girls who have already crossed over)
Celebration for 10-20 girls (Larger workshops will be custom)
